The Headteacher and Governors at Coppice Primary School and Nursery are looking to appoint a member of staff who is well organised; enjoys working with children; who is able to challenge, motivate and care for pupils encouraging them to be the best they can be.
Good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team are essential for this role.
In return we can offer you a vibrant, welcoming and family centred school with the welfare of our children at its heart. As a school we are committed to ongoing CPD and we encourage our staff to continually upskill themselves.
Do you think you can make a positive difference to our local community by joining our dedicated team of friendly staff who work hard to give the children of our community the best possible education?
We require a Teaching and Learning Assistant to work 28 hours per week over 5 days with a willingness to work across both key stages. Experience of working in both Key Stage 1 and 2 is desirable.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday will be negotiated at interview.
Our last Ofsted inspection in March 2023 judged that the school continues to be ‘good’. It states that the school “have continued to focus strongly on ensuring that pupils receive the support that they need. This means that pupils make at least the progress that they should, both academically and in their personal development”.
If you feel like you have the qualities and skills we are looking for then we would be delighted to receive an application from you.
Visits to the school are encouraged and can be arrange by contacting School on 01773 712840.
Provisional Interview Date: Week commencing 14 October 2024
