We have a vacancy for the role of SENTA at St Oswald’s C.E. Primary School for one year only due to funding arrangements. 

The Governors and Head teacher wish to recruit a highly motivated individual to who is able to manage a child with ASD and ADHD and support the child’s sensory needs. 

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience of working with a child with ASD and ADHD
  • Someone who is positive, enthusiastic and solution focused who can follow a child’s specific routines.
  • Has experience in working to a timetable in order to help a child regulate.
  • Has experience of working with a child who has sensory needs.
  • Has experience of following IEP’s and leading IEP meetings and supporting parents.
  • Is able to work with a child on specific interventions.
  • Has experience in managing an individualised learning programme.
  • Has experience in adapting planning to suit the child’s specific needs.
