Teaching and Learning Assistant (SEND)

Our Governors wish to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and conscientious SEND teaching assistant to join the dedicated and professional team here at Tintwistle Primary School from September 2025. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in SEND and a real passion for working with children and their families. This role is integral to school life as we staff our lunchtime and wraparound provision by members of the school team rather than outsourcing this, so building strong relationships with your colleagues is vital to help bring about great learning opportunities for all.

We are a school that expects high standards and we provide a creative curriculum that motivates pupils and helps them develop the skills to become lifelong learners. We are looking for the right person to join our very special school family where we learn and grow best together with God.
