We are seeking to appoint a Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant (EYFS) to join the team at Barrow Hill Primary Academy

We are looking for a member of staff who is well organised, enjoy working with children and who are able to challenge, motivate and foster independence.

If you are passionate about working with young people and thrive on making a difference, we want to hear from you. 

We expect the successful candidate to have:

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • The ability to effectively manage workloads within agreed performance frameworks
