A really exciting opportunity has arisen to join our school as our Pastoral Lead. 

The successful candidate will work with children to overcome barriers to learning and engagement enabling them to develop and foster a love for school, to love learning and to reach their fullest potential in a positive culture of respect, resilience, care, love and support.  You will be one of the lead professionals that ensures children are kept safe and protected from harm.  You will encourage parents and ensure high levels of positive engagement and good attendance. 

The successful candidate will implement, lead and provide bespoke interventions to support children’s individual needs. 

The working pattern is 18 hours 30 minutes to be worked over 5 days.  This will include some time prior to and/or at the end of the school day.  Staff training is provided on alternate Wednesdays until 5pm as part of this offer.
