Grassmoor Primary School is seeking enthusiastic, caring and reliable individuals to join our dedicated team of Midday Supervisors. We have two vacancies available.
These important roles help ensure that all children enjoy a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience.
As a Midday Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise pupils during the lunchtime period, both indoors and outdoors.
- Encourage positive behaviour and support children in developing social skills.
- Promote safe and enjoyable play opportunities, modelling and joining the play where appropriate.
- Assist with the welfare, safety and wellbeing of pupils.
- Work effectively as part of the school team.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Enjoy working with children and helping them to thrive.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are patient, caring and approachable.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
