The Governors of Clowne Junior School are looking to appoint two Midday Supervisors (OPAL Lunchtime Play Team) to join our established OPAL Play Team from September 2026.
Applicants should be able to work as a team member and be adaptable and flexible in their approach. We aim to build on the positive engagement of pupils during lunchtime, and this role will be key to this aim.
Duties include the supervision of children eating lunch and in the playground/school grounds. The successful candidate will be active in leading and promoting the provision of a range of appropriate, creative, stimulating and fun activities at lunchtimes, which are physically active and promote collaboration whilst also ensuring the welfare and safety of the pupils. Experience of working with children is essential.
