South Wingfield Primary is a popular school with a friendly community of staff, governors, children and families. We are looking to recruit a midday supervisor to join our staff on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and caring individual to join our team as a Midday Supervisor. This role involves supporting children during the lunchtime period, ensuring a safe and happy environment both in the dining hall and on the playground.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear away tables and chairs
- Supervise pupils during lunch in the dining hall and playground.
- Encourage positive play and good behaviour.
- Assist with minor first aid when required.
- Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
