The Governing Board of Coton-in-the-Elms C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our wonderful school, to start as soon as possible.

The role will be to support our children at lunchtime. You will need to be a kind and nurturing person who is able to work as part of our dedicated school. The successful candidate will work five days a week during school term time from 11.55am -1.05pm, for 38 weeks per year. You will be supervising our children throughout their lunchbreak, leading and developing safe play activities and helping children in the dining hall. 

In June 2023, the school had a full OFSTED inspection, and we are proud of our GOOD judgement with OUTSTANDING for Personal Development. We have an excellent staff team and our pupils are a joy to work with. We are looking for someone who can

  • Be an enthusiastic and dedicated person who will encourage and engage with pupils during lunchtime. 
  • Have the patience and understanding to work with young children demonstrating outstanding care and support for pupils.
  • Demonstrate willingness to organise games and activities in line with the school’s policy and procedures for lunchtime supervision.
  • Have the ability to work as part of team, forming positive relationships with adults and pupils.
  • Be willing to complete any statutory training
