At Charlotte Nursery and Infant School we have a nurturing, caring and child centred school ethos that is reflected in our motto ‘Every Child, Every Chance, Every Day’.

We are excited to have a vacancy for a key member of our team. The Family Support Worker will be a Designated Safeguarding Lead and will be at the heart of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our children. 

The role encompasses providing early help, supporting families, identifying those at risk of harm and supporting our staff team. You will be part of a wider team including DSLs, an Attendance Officer, the SENDCO and Headteacher. We work closely together and support each other.

The post is 20hrs worked Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 12.30pm. There may be some flexibility with these times. The successful candidate will join us on 1st January 2026 and interviews will take place the week beginning 17th November.
