Schools within the PEGS (Peak Edge Group of Schools) Cluster are seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker to support the needs of children and their families.
The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying the needs, lead and contribute to the development and delivery of high quality and effective work with children, young people and their families. The post holder will be required to complete various assessments, review action plans and outcomes for families.
You will work with various professionals and agencies to build good effective and sustainable working relationships, in order to ensure that children and young people attend school regularly and that services provided are reviewed, actioned and effective change is demonstrated.
