Newbold Church of England Primary School is a one form entry primary on the outskirts of Chesterfield. The school is part of a close knit group of academies in Derbyshire, working under the direction of Derby Diocesan Academy Trust (DDAT), that offer great support and work collaboratively to deliver outstanding outcomes.

We are looking to appoint a general Teaching and Learning Assistant to work mornings in Y5 and afternoons in Y3 to support groups of children within a classroom setting. Many of our children come from disadvantaged and challenging backgrounds. Therefore, we’re looking for highly effective Teaching and Learning Assistants who can build strong relationships with our pupils and their families.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic practitioner who is totally dedicated to giving our children the best education we can.
