Pastoral Support Assistant

Salary details: £ - £

35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year 

8.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday

You will provide pastoral support for a year group and assist the Head of Year to promote and sustain student progress, well-being, behaviour and attendance in order to ensure all students feel safe, supported and able to learn. 

You should have experience of working with young people in an education environment, knowledge of safeguarding children, the pupil premium plan, and barriers to attendance that young people face. You should be able to have confidence and authority in your relationships with students and be able to maintain a high degree of confidentially.
