This is an exciting opportunity to join our hardworking and friendly Premises and Lettings team to support our school and sports centre lettings program.
You will:
-Be responsible for organising your time to prepare rooms for hire as requested via booking details on School Hire
-Have a warm, friendly personality and meet and greet the organiser to ensure that they have everything they require
-Be tenacious and follow up any events, obtain feedback and seek to secure further bookings
-Be a self starter and confident to make cold enquiries with local sports and events organisers to secure bookings and ensure our facilities are let to their maximum capacity providing a wide range of activities for our local community
Previous experience will be advantageous but is not essential. Visits to our school and sports centre are warmly encouraged. Please contact our Premises and Lettings Manager.
