The successful candidate will embrace the aims of our school - ‘Achieve Well, Aim High, Have Fun’.

Start Date: Monday 3 November 2025 (Start of Autumn 2 Term)

- Working in close partnership with teaching staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
- Leading targeted interventions to support engagement, attendance and achievement – especially for pupils with SEND or from disadvantaged backgrounds.

- Supporting transition arrangements within school and into Key Stage 2.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience supporting young children with SEMH needs, SEND or challenging behaviour.
- Understands the importance of building strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
- Can remain calm, empathetic and positive in emotionally demanding situations.
- Is confident delivering small group and 1:1 interventions and tracking outcomes.
- Can work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
- Has knowledge of safeguarding policies and the responsibilities of a DSL (training can be provided).
- Is a strong communicator with a solution-focused mindset and a willingness to learn.
What We Offer:
- A caring and inclusive school community that values every child and adult.
- A supportive leadership team and SENDCo.
- Opportunities for CPD in relation to safeguarding, SEMH and behaviour need and SEND.
- A chance to make a meaningful impact in a small, nurturing setting.
- Access to resources, external agency support, and a welcoming, dedicated team of staff.
