A unique opportunity has arisen for a caring, talented and suitably qualified teaching assistant to make a real difference to a child’s social and academic development by supporting them on a daily basis across the curriculum and contributing to the outcomes of their Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP). You will join a child-focused, forward thinking, highly qualified and well-resourced Learning Enhancement Department which supports children from Nursery to Year 8.

We are looking for the right person to join us as a Learning Enhancement Assistant (One to One Specialist) to work with a Key Stage 2 pupil for 20 to 30 hours per week during term time.

The ideal candidate will have experience and/or qualifications of supporting children with Specific Learning Difficulties, as well as a commitment to undertaking additional CPD as needed. 

The anticipated start date is January 2025. Please note, the ideal person will work the hours over five days, Monday to Friday, with due consideration to the pupil’s timetable and the candidate’s personal commitments.
