Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School is a successful, oversubscribed school with 1886 students on roll including 361 in the Sixth Form. It is situated close to the centres of Sheffield and Chesterfield on the edge of the Peak District National Park.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an ELC Manager to manage and oversee the day to day running of the E-learning Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role will be-

  • To assist with the organisation and management of the learning environment and resources to aid the delivery of quality teaching, providing consistent support for students, teachers, curriculum and the school.
  • To encourage the participation of students in the social and academic processes of the school, and support reintegration into the classroom. 
  • To establish and promote productive relationships with students and teachers, and to assist in raising the standards of achievement of all students.
  • To share in the corporate responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all students.
