The Ripley Academy is a popular school located in Mid-Derbyshire close to Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield and within easy reach of the Peak District. We are part of the East Midlands Education Trust and work in close partnership with other schools in the Trust. We offer a broad, balanced and vibrant curriculum that prepares our students very well for the modern world.
We are looking to appoint a well organised and skilled Cover Supervisor with the ability, commitment, and drive to provide lesson cover across all curriculum subjects. The Cover Supervisor will be based within the SEN Learning Support Department when not engaged with cover work and will support individual students in lessons/small group work.
Previous experience of teaching or undertaking a Cover Supervisor role is desirable.
