An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Early Help Development Team, as a Youth and Community Engagement Worker. There are seven posts across Derbyshire, that are a combination of full time and part time.

Chesterfield 1 x Part Time 18 hours and 30 minutes per week

Erewash 1 x Part Time 18 hours and 30 minutes per week

High Peak and North Dales 1 x Full Time 37 hours per week 

North East Derbyshire 1 x part time 18 hours and 30 minutes per week and 1 x Full time 37 hours per week

South Derbyshire and South Dales 1 x Part time 18 hours and 30 minutes per week and 1 x Full time 37 hours per week 

The successful candidates will be responsible for community engagement by providing support, advice and guidance to community leaders, parents and volunteers. They will work with the voluntary sector to build capacity in their localities to develop a network of support for families and increase resilience in the area.
