About the Role
You’ll work with children, families, and communities to assess needs, develop care plans, and safeguard wellbeing. You’ll manage a varied caseload, contribute to multi-agency working, and help shape positive outcomes for those who need it most.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Social Workers registered with Social Work England
- Experience in children’s social care or related settings
- Strong communication, assessment, and care planning skills
- A flexible, reflective, and person-centred approach
