👉 Join us for an engaging and informative webinar where you'll gain insight into the structure, values, and day-to-day practice of Derbyshire’s Social Work teams. This session is ideal for social workers interested in learning more about how we work, collaborate, and support one another across the county.
🗣️ You’ll hear directly from a range of voices within our service, including our Head of Service, Team Managers, Practice Supervisors, frontline Social Workers, and our Recruitment Lead. Through a series of slides and live discussions, we’ll walk you through our approach, team culture, and opportunities for development.
