We have a vacancy for a Family Support Worker in the Youth Justice Team based in Ilkeston. We work with young people in Erewash, South Derbyshire and South Dales. The team is multi disciplinary and consists of Social Workers, Family Support Workers, CAMHS Nurse, Speech and Language Therapist and Psychologists. We are on a journey to become a trauma informed organisation and offer relevant training and supervision to that end.
The team work with young people aged 12 to 18 on a range of Court and 'Out of Court' interventions. We work closely with colleagues from health and wider Children Services to offer a service to young people that puts the child at the centre of our practice.
