We have one permanent position in the Chesterfield Early Help Team. The Early Help Team provide intensive support to children and their families, and deliver target groups ranging from Parenting Programmes to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

We are looking for an early help worker who has experience in completing assessments whether that be Early Help Assessments or Parenting Assessments, and is skilled in group delivery. A good understanding of the challenges that impact children and their families is essential.

The successful candidate will require a level 3 qualification and the ability to demonstrate an aspiration to promote the best outcomes for children. The successful candidates will have access to training and shadowing opportunities during the induction period.
