Early Help Practitioner Family and Parenting

We are offering this fixed term, part time position of Early Help Practitioner in the North East Derbyshire and Bolsover Early Help Team.

The team and post are based at Shirebrook Children’s Centre; however, the post holder will be required to cover the locality of North East Derbyshire and Bolsover.

The successful applicant will undertake professional practice and within a designated area of service, completing comprehensive Early Help Assessment’s and interventions to children, young people and their families within level 3 of the Derbyshire County Council’s safeguarding children threshold document.

The role includes assisting the Early Help Senior Practitioner in the efficient and effective delivery of the Children’s Services Early Help Service demonstrating and championing evidence-based practice and embedding Derbyshire’s operating model into all early help practice in order to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.
