Your post will be based in one of the most beautiful areas of the country – Derbyshire has rugged moorlands and limestone dales with historic market towns and pretty villages. It is home to the Peak District National Park which is the world’s second most visited National Park, attracting tourists and those who enjoy the great outdoors.
We are looking to recruit to a number of posts within Derbyshire’s Early Help Development Team. Sat within Children’s Services, the Early Help Development Team is in place to support partners to develop and deliver early help interventions, to support communities to develop, deliver and sustain support to children and young people, and to connect young people aged 16-18 with support to enable them to be in education, employment or training.
We are recruiting to 7 Early Help Advisor posts:

High Peak and North Derbyshire Dales – 2 posts both full time, 37 hours

Bolsover and North East Derbyshire – 1 post full time 37 hours

Amber Valley – 2 posts, 1 full time 37 hours and 1 part time 18.5 hours

South Derbyshire Dales and South Derbyshire – 2 posts both full time, 37 hours
Early Help Advisors work alongside partner agencies (predominantly Derbyshire schools) supporting them to undertake early help work, to deliver evidence-based interventions, undertake Team Around the Family meetings, to capture the voice of the child, and to model good practice with all aspects of early help.
