1 x Full-time 37 hours per week Based at Alices View Children's Centre, North Wingfield

1 x Part-time 18hours and 30 minutes  per week Based at Fairfield Children’s Centre, Buxton

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of Family Help 0-5 Practitioners operating as part of a targeted Family Help Service within Chesterfield, Bolsover/North East and High Peak locality. 

You will be responsible for supporting the Family Help Senior Practitioner in the efficient and effective delivery of 0-5 years Family Help Services, demonstrating and championing evidenced based systemic practice.

If you are a creative and dynamic individual who has a good knowledge of working with the Early years and children aged under the age of 5 years, we want to hear from you.
