The Kimberley School is an exciting place to work.  Our aim is for every child to achieve or surpass their academic and social potential and we achieve this through providing an outstanding quality of education.

An opportunity has arisen for a Cook to work in our busy school kitchen.  You will assist with the baking and preparation of our meals and will be responsible for serving these in one of our four canteen areas across our site. The ability to remain focused whilst you carry out your tasks and to work as part of a wider team to ensure all our deadlines and tasks are met is essential.

Knowledge of the principles of food hygiene and previous experience of working in a school or workplace kitchen would be advantageous. If you want to be part of our highly productive, happy team and strive for excellent quality/service we'd love to hear from you!

To apply, please visit the Trust website at www.emet.uk.com/vacancies and complete the online application form.

On the application form, please focus on a detailed 'supporting statement' taking into account the person specification and indicating why you would be the best person for us to recruit to this position.

If you would like further information about the school or to arrange a visit, please telephone or email Mrs Bellamy in the school office on 0115 938 7000  or w.bellamy@kimberleyschool.co.uk

We welcome applications regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or religion.

Closing date for applications is 9.00 am on Monday 23rd 2025.

Interviews to be held on Wednesday 25th June 2025.
