β€’ Preparing and cooking 100+ meals daily 🍲

β€’ Supporting our public cafΓ© (40+ covers): serving customers, using the till, and preparing table orders 🧾
β€’ Following strict cleanliness and food provision policies 🧼
β€’ Managing stock and placing orders πŸ“¦

πŸ“š What You’ll Need: β€’ Experience in preparing and cooking meals πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³
β€’ Ideally, experience cooking for large groups, especially older adults πŸ‘΅πŸ‘΄
β€’ Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene 🧯
β€’ Understanding of special dietary requirements 🍽️
β€’ Food Safety Level 2 & Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery (desirable but not essential – training provided!) πŸŽ“
β€’ Good numerical skills for stock control πŸ”’

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
