Midway Caretaker

South Derbyshire District Council are looking to recruit an individual to join the caretaking team involved with looking after our Community Centres & Town Hall.  Based at Midway Community Centre, you will be part of our Corporate Building Services Team and work closely with our Facilities Supervisor and our Parks and Green Spaces Team. 

This post has a contract of 16 hours (flexi), over 7 days, working around bookings, with the occasional need for overtime.  

As a Caretaker you will need to help cover at the other Community Centre & Town Hall as & when required so must therefore be able to drive and own your own vehicle. Covering at the other Community Centre or Town Hall comes with the addition of a claimable fuel allowance.
