We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our friendly, award-winning team at White Hall Outdoor Centre. This is a key role in helping us maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors, including school groups and young people.
This role is particularly well-suited to parents or carers looking for work that fits around school hours and term times. You’ll be part of a warm, supportive team in a setting that understands the importance of balancing work and family life.
Working here is about more than cleaning — it’s about contributing to a positive, lively atmosphere where children and young people are enjoying outdoor learning experiences. You’ll work in a unique and historic property set in beautiful surroundings, where your contribution helps create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning indoor areas including meeting rooms, accommodation spaces, toilets, and communal areas
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are consistently maintained
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
- Supporting a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children, young people, and staff
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
About You
- You take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail
- You are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- You enjoy being part of a supportive and friendly team
- You appreciate working in an environment with children and young people
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
