Are you a dedicated and solution-focussed team player, with vision and motivation? If so, we are looking to appoint a hardworking, conscientious and good-humoured Caretaker to join our friendly and dedicated team.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an eagerness for the role, an eye for detail and a desire to be an integral part of the team here at The Park Schools Federation. 

The post offers a great deal of variety with lots of opportunity for the post holder to use their own initiative, as it involves a wide range of duties, with a significant emphasis on ensuring that the school buildings and grounds are well-maintained, clean, secure, safe and fit for purpose. The successful candidate will report to our Facilities Manager. 

As this post involves contact with pupils, staff, parents and visitors, it is important that the candidate possesses good communication skills, as well as a positive and friendly demeanour.
