Firs Primary School is seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational Site Manager to join its highly skilled team. This is a key operational role ensuring our school environments are safe, secure, well-maintained and fully compliant, supporting high-quality teaching and learning for all pupils.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school site, overseeing premises, grounds, security, health and safety compliance and contractor activity. You will coordinate maintenance and minor works, manage site-related resources and ensure consistently high standards across the school.
Firs is a Good school, as confirmed at our last Ofsted inspection in June 2022. The Inspectors felt that: “Firs Primary School is an inclusive, happy and welcoming school. The ‘Firsy Five’ values are at the heart of everything staff and pupils do. Staff and pupils ensure that everyone, including those who are new to the country, feel safe and welcomed…This is a school that cares for all.”
