An opportunity has arisen with the High Peak Mental Health Social Care Team for a permanent part-time qualified Social Worker or a suitably experienced Social Care Practitioner.
The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and have access to regular supervision and training.
Social Worker applicants will need to hold a Social Work qualification and demonstrate knowledge and experience of working under the Care Act, Safeguarding, Making Safeguarding Personal, the Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act.
The aim of our Social Work team is to carry out daily assessments, planning, intervention, reviews, safeguarding’s, and mental capacity assessments.
