An opportunity has arisen with the Chesterfield Mental Health Prevention and Personalisation Team for a part-time, permanent qualified Social Worker.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and have access to regular supervision, training and opportunities to develop.

Applicants will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working under the Care Act, Safeguarding, Making Safeguarding Personal, the Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act. 

You will have skills, knowledge, and experience to undertake this role in order to provide a safe, accountable, cost effective and efficient service with a focus on maximising independence, choice and control.
