• Derbyshire Adult Care teams across the County are looking to recruit qualified Social Workers based in various locations in Derbyshire, including High Peak, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash, Amber Valley, Chesterfield, NE Derbyshire, South Derbyshire and Bolsover, to work within both short-term and long term assessment teams, hospitals and in mental health specific teams.
• Our social work assessment teams are based in the community and are responsible for assessing the needs of a wide range of people and  working with them using a strengths based approach to devise person centre support plans.
