We are looking to recruit a part time permanent qualified Social Worker within the South Derbyshire North Prevention and Personalisation Team.
The successful applicant will have knowledge and experiencing of Safeguarding and assessments under The Care Act 2014.
We welcome applicants with a Social Work qualification and with experience of working within Adult Social Care to provide assessments and support in line with The Care Act 2014. They will need to be able to demonstrate ability to work with a person centred and strength-based approach to achieve ideal outcomes for their clients. Knowledge of current legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to Adult Social care are essential as are good quality IT Skills.
Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
