There is an expectation that you will act as duty worker on rota basis which will involve triaging new referrals to the team and support clients and carers who require a more urgent response. You will need to be able to build positive relationships with health partners and other agencies.

The successful applicant will be supported by an experienced team who are committed to providing good quality support, advice, and supervision.
