📍 Location: Adult Social Care, Municipal Buildings, Glossop

🌐 Area of Responsibility: High Peak and Derbyshire Dales

As a Senior Enablement Worker, your key responsibilities include:

👥 Staff Management: Lead the team by implementing policies, recruitment, induction, and ongoing development.

🔄 Case Management: Process referrals, attend reviews, and oversee the transfer and closure of cases.

📝 Planning and Monitoring: Create quality Personal Service Plans, allocate and monitor referrals, and ensure health and safety protocols.

💼 Budget Oversight: Monitor expenditure and budget allocations to optimise resources.

📊 Reporting: Record all activities, prepare data, and generate reports in line with DCC monitoring and evaluation processes.

Additional Highlights:

🛣️ Travel Required: Explore the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales area and occasional trips to other Derbyshire locations.

🌈 Diverse Work: Engage with working age adults on short-term and long-term support packages.

⏱️ Time-Limited Support: Focus on maximising independence to reduce ongoing care and support needs.

🤝 Network Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Adult Care Social Work Teams, Community Mental Health Teams, the Recovery and Peer Support Service, and other agencies as appropriate.
