- ๐ค Lead and mentor care staff
- ๐๏ธ Deliver personal care with compassion
- โค๏ธ Focus on person-centred care โ putting residents at the heart of everything we do!
- ๐ Administer medication and personal service planning
- ๐ Allocating day to tasks within care team
- ๐ง Promote best practices and high-quality support
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Communicate effectively for smooth handovers
- ๐งญ Be a senior point of contact during shifts
๐ What Youโll Need:
- โ QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- ๐จ๏ธ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ๐ฐ๏ธ Flexibility to work early and late shifts
- ๐ Availability for weekends and Bank Holidays
- ๐ Full training provided!

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.
Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
