💙 Care Worker / Senior Care Worker – Community Support Bed Team
Join our short-term reablement team at Bennerley Fields and help clients regain independence – physically and emotionally. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we offer full training and support!

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Provide personal care and support
• Promote independence and wellbeing
• Work with health professionals and families
• Flexible shifts (including nights & weekends)
• Roles available: 18 or 27.5 hours/week
• Opportunities for extra hours
• No experience needed – just compassion and dedication!

🌟 Enablement Support Worker – Adult Social Care & Health
Work creatively with individuals in their own homes to achieve independence and wellness goals. You’ll deliver tailored care plans and work closely with clients, carers, and professionals.

✨ Key Highlights:
• Support with personal care, medication, and domestic tasks
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Use tech to record progress
• Flexible working (including weekends & bank holidays)
• Full training and care certificate provided
🚗 Driving licence and access to a vehicle required
