We are looking for an individual with strong organisational and communication skills to work within our Quality and Compliance Team, overseeing the delivery and quality assurance of the Council’s directly provided services, including the Council’s residential care homes, domiciliary care and day centres.
The team ensures national guidance is implemented across the Council’s services through the swift revision of policy and procedure. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate their ability to work well with others to find creative solutions to some immediate challenges.
The Policy and Performance Officers are also responsible for leading quality monitoring of services across the county. Therefore, experience of quality monitoring, attention to detail and an ability to provide formal reports and updates is essential.
We are looking for an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic and who embraces ongoing improvement/development of the Council’s services.
