Derbyshire County Council are looking for Enablement Support Team Managers to manage community enablement delivery for a designated area within short term services ensuring effective delivery of high-quality, short-term enablement services to individuals. Supporting the Service Manager with the planning and review of services. 

We’re all about reablement that really matters - encouraging people to achieve their best in their own homes and communities. Do you like supporting colleagues to help people in the community to discover their own strengths? Can you encourage and support them to help people in the community to live as independently as they can?

This is a great time to join us because we are developing a new programme that wraps time-limited support around people at home. We’re looking for colleagues who can contribute their skills and expertise to multi-disciplined professional teams across Derbyshire (or in locality). We need team members who can support us to adopt new ways of working and make sure that collaboration around those we are working with is at the heart of everything we do.

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
