As a Domiciliary Service Organiser (DSO) in Extra Care, you will support and lead a team of care staff on a part time basis, you will work alongside an established DSO on a rotational basis. This will include weekend and bank holiday working at times on a 5 from 7-day basis.

Your role will include mentoring and leadership of colleagues, organising rota's, developing individual service plans as well as other tasks. Key to the role is ensuring safe and dignified care provision for people living in Extra Care who need that bit of extra support to remain independent.

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.

Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
