  • Possess creativity and forward-thinking qualities

Benefits:

Working in the field of care can be demanding at times, but it is profoundly rewarding. As an employee of Derbyshire County Council, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Discounts at selected county leisure centres
  • Access to the Derbyshire Rewards Scheme, offering discounts on everyday spending
  • Availability of physiotherapy, mental health, and other well-being services

Please note that this role involves travel across a significant geographical area, so a full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

The post holder will be required to work on a rota system, which will include days, unsocial hours, weekends, nights, and bank holidays.  There may be a requirement, on occasion, to work flexibly to attend mandatory training, meetings or cover unplanned absences.
