Are you a potential Business Partner with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and productive working relationships across the Council? How about joining the Quality and Compliance team in Adult Social Care and Health?
You will be managing a team of people who provide support to operational teams within direct care with the implementation of new products, services including property maintenance work. This includes the management of people providing support and specialist training to catering services across the direct care estate ensuring effective audits of hygiene standards and health and safety requirements.
Your role would be to collaborate with operational managers, our property services team and our experts in procurement and contracts management to ensure we are meeting the required standards.
We are looking for someone who has:
- an understanding of procurement and contract management
- excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement
- an understanding of the regulatory framework within which our services operate
- experience of policy development and implementation
- the ability to prioritise well and to lead a team.
