As our new Corporate Asset Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the Council’s Asset Management Strategy. This is a pivotal role, responsible for turning complex asset data into a clear, actionable investment framework that ensures our properties are safe, compliant and financially sustainable.
You will champion a modern, proactive approach to asset management — driving cultural change, improving data quality, and ensuring our property portfolio is fit for the future and ready for transition into the new authority under Local Government Review.

To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience in Strategic Asset Management
