The children’s services feedback team has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent administrative skills to join our feedback team.
You will report directly to the children’s services complaints manager, and will lead on the effective administration of comments, compliments and complaints.
You will need excellent communications skills, be able to use Microsoft systems to a high standard including Excel. You will also need to be self-motivated and be able to manage your own time, but be able to work as part of a busy team and develop a good knowledge and understanding of children’s services corporate and statutory complaints processes.
