Weekly arrangements may vary, and flexibility to work in the office when required is essential. The team is based in several locations across the County including Alfreton, Chesterfield and Matlock. Although the base location is currently Cotmanhay this will be changing and the preferred base location from our sites can be discussed at interview.
The preferred working pattern for this role is 9 to 5, although flexibility can be considered.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, making recommendations that support efficient, accurate and consistent service
- Coordinate workloads and support colleagues, ensuring information is accurate, deadlines are met, and services are delivered efficiently across the team.
What we’re looking for:
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
- Confident communicator, providing timely and professional support to clients, colleagues and partners.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365, with the ability to analyse data, learn new systems and maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to change, ideally some financial experience.
