Are you an organised, enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting schools? Hulland Church of England Primary School is seeking a skilled School Business Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.

This vital position ensures the smooth running of the school’s operations, supporting administration, school communication, and supporting the day-to-day school life. You will work closely with the leadership team, making a tangible impact on the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative tasks, such as maintaining school records and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining and updating the school Single Central Record
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and other statutory requirements.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in administrative roles (school experience is an advantage but not essential).
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about contributing to the success of our school community.
