We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our hardworking and dedicated staff team. The role offers a great deal of variety with ample opportunity for the post holder to use their own initiative; it involves a wide range of both administrative and secretarial duties. The ability to work as part of a team is essential, as are excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a sound knowledge of IT and an ability to prioritise workload. The successful applicant will need to work to a high level of accuracy and be able to meet deadlines. Previous experience of working in a school and using RM Integris and Parent Pay would be desirable.

The hours of work will be: 9.00am - 12.00pm Monday to Friday.

As this post involves a great deal of contact with pupils, staff, visitors and parents, it is important that candidates possess excellent communication skills; maintaining confidentiality at all times will be essential.
